Mean Cuisine

Normally, I don't read books. But a book about food? ..Well, that's a different story.


 See this lab? It's actually a kitchen.

Tired of being a genius, Nathan decided to write a book called Modernist Cuisine.
It's being called 'The Cookbook To End All Cookbooks', and at this price it had better be.

Seriously, though, it looks incredible. A bible exposing the physics behind cooking? Who wouldn't want this? Check out these images taken from the book..


And if burgers aren't your thing, how about some stir fry?

If I ever had an idea for a cookbook, it would be this.
